At Sea Star Vacation Rentals, our Company Mission is 5 star service to Owners, Guests, Employees, Property Upkeep, and Return Customers. Our Customized Personal Service outperforms for guests & owners while keeping a pulse on this local market. Condo Association Management (CAM)

We also provide services for CAM. For example: we handle financials, overseeing renovations, and orchestrating homeowner meetings. We serve as a go between and make sure owners know what is and isn't allowed according to your association documents,  which helps keep the peace between owners, residents, and guests.

We not only have experience with local CAM operations firsthand, our owner, Suzette Smith, was the President at Costa Vista HOA from 2003 to 2007, as well as VP and treasurer prior to embracing that role. As such Property Association Management runs deep in our roots here at Sea Star. We are locally owned and managed for over 23 years!

As we are with CURRENT HOA, we are attentive and helpful to the needs of the home owners even with small parking issues.... very capable as well as provide friendly service to our community. We like to keep the peace and make it a win-win situation where it is feasible.

Background

Born in Dallas, Texas, brought up in East Texas then back to DFW ( Dallas Fort Worth, TX) Finished with a Bachelor's of Business Administration, majored in Marketing from University of Texas at Arlington. Due to financing 100% of my college, my work ethic and time management is far above most others. This is paralleled by the high expectations we set for our cleaning and maintenance vendors, resulting in exquisite care for each and every property under our management.

During three years of employment with Fidelity Investments in Dallas, TX, Suzette Smith received three promotions while developing a career expertise in customer service skills.

Moved to Raleigh, NC as a stockbroker for Morgan Keegan Brokerage, working side by side with the Bond Desk. My owner concentrated approach, along with the fiduciary training and responsibility assisted my clients' success. Which means, revenue producing properties are our expertise as an income source for our Current Owners

Transitioned and moved again with Braintree Laboratories for 3 years. During my free time on weekends, I bought properties and started leasing them. My former weekend hobby started my current business, then consequently, we started helping other owners with their real estate investment needs.

Suzette's family experience has also been in real estate- grandparents owned farmland, cultivated it, then sold at a profit to acquire larger tracts of acreage. So, between our family (consisting of Texas realtors & brokers, rentals and commercial), we have over 120 years total of experience and working knowledge in real estate, rentals, and investments.
