We Offer Paddle Boards extra, please keep us posted you want to reserve 1 or 2 since boards are easily accessible onsite and value-priced for 6 days! Or, rent Jet skis, Kayaks, Golf Carts, and schedule Deep Sea Fishing excursions in the Destin's Little Fishing village. Pompano Joe's beach restaurant and bar are within steps from our little retreat.

We Include 2 Adult Beach Bikes for your entire stay which is $60 savings ( weekly) plus tax for you! This home has our Special Touch - Brand New Carpet and Travertine porcelain tile in living areas so you are cozy and keep the sugar sand on the bottom levels of your own townhome! Location is between Destin and Sandestin, FL...in Miramar Beach. New King Size Serta Pillow Top Bed in the Master with a private bath (ensuite), separate balcony, and dining/living area have the Best of Your Unobstructed Water views. Faster Wireless internet/ Wifi Secured was added for more devices! The guest room has a slight Ocean view, with sunlight reflecting enough to sparkle in your room. New community lounge pool chairs for you to enjoy and 1 on our master deck with tables for appetizers, drink, or dinner outside the living room balcony! Watch for Dolphins playing, jumping, which makes your stay on the beach a visit of a lifetime. Every morning enjoy a coffee outside your bedroom on the private balcony, while you might get a glimpse of the boats passing through, or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean.

Private Balconies are off the living room and the master bedroom with serene unobstructed sights of the emerald turquoise water. You can relax with a good book, morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying your Gulf Breeze time from each east Deck/balcony. Across the street, you have access to walk and jog on the beach road or Surfside, watch beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets, or just lounge on your private deck at your leisure. You will hear the sound of the ocean water splashing against the shore while dining outside or relaxing on the 2 covered porches. Breathe in the ocean air, soak up the sun's rays, schedule a deep-sea fishing excursion, go for a fun parasailing trip, numerous rental excursion options are all within walking distance.

Both bedrooms have Gulf views with flat screens TVs, Faster wifi Internet secured, DVD/CD players with extra connections for the kids' games. Freshly updated with crystal chandelier, light fixtures, professionally decorated colors of calming blue and neutrals. Full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Full-Size Kitchen, 1 pack n play sleeps toddler, with booster high chair, 1 collapsible baby crib sleeps 1, 1 twin rollaway sleep teen or 1 twin futon for young adults, along with baby gates are provided. Costa Vista is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach townhome has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard. There is a Full-size sleeper sofa with additional couch for the kiddos to sleep ( if needed) and a full size blows up mattress is available for children and unexpected guests. Our home sleeps 2 - 9 people ( with sleeper sofa and 2 twins ( 1 futon and 1 rollaway). We are Kid friendly for 2 - 3 families. The new sleeper sofa in the extra-large living area also is large enough for a small toddler to sleep plus the pack & Play we provide!

Pet-Friendly with an extra charge for keeping our home immaculately clean. Pets are accepted upon approval. All the linens ( sheets and bath towels) provided plus few extras...Full kitchen with everything for cooking meals but dining out and ordering fresh local fish is perfect so close to Destin's Little Fishing Village!

Dining choices include 5 different types of restaurants within walking distance so a car is not necessary only on arrival and departure with the grocery store via car. However, you might miss all the excursion possibilities, golfing, and shopping options without a car. Golfing Enthusiasts "can not get enough of " our location is central to the major golf courses and resorts. We have updated 'local' books, magazines, and menus for you to choose your romantic, fun, getaway 'local Destin' experience!

At your Costa Vista Vacation named 'Sea Turtle Watch', you have the ability to park two large luxury vehicles or three small compacts with Covered parking and private courtyard entrance. The front door, courtyard entrance has an outside shower for rinsing off sandy items from the beach and private entry allows you quick access for excursions on your daily, weekly, or monthly retreat!

Community gated swimming pool is just outside the unit, easy to nap with the breezes and get that warm, bronze tan with the sun's rays. Walks along the beach across the street and extraordinary sunsets will keep you coming back to this Half Million Dollar Retreat. Pompano Joe's restaurant is located steps away/ around the corner for sunsets, dinner, music on the weekends, drinks, and a great meeting place for your friends and family within walking distance! Such a convenient and central location for you to rejuvenate, enjoy the beach view dining, play beach volleyball, have a cocktail and walk home from Pompanos. There are 4 - 5 other restaurants 1 block north walking distance, Italian, Thai, or Mexican food if you prefer a stroll for supper. If you desire a tranquil or exciting vacation place you truly have many choices and centrally inside Miramar Beach. Location, location, location. Golf, sightsee, unwind with the sound of the surf and your toes in the sand and soak up the sun rays. Less than 100 steps to the beach, for you to Paddle Out and Paddle In.
