Our Refund Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Long Term stays 

Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

Both stays- On both long and short term stays we will work on rebooking you to avoid your 20 % cancellation fee. Which means, you book a more expensive stay with us it voids the cancellation fee as a courtesy. So, allowing reasonable notice for our employee's who reschedule and our owners who book their time around calendar reservations. Thank you for your business.
